Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will grant you absolute authority over your mail accounts and email campaigns. With this user-friendly interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box account in no time and manage its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, finetune mail filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming messages according to certain criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily create a filter for any of your email accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Simply specify the e-mail account you want to redirect electronic mails from, then select the destination email mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your choice to access your mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
